Casey Will enters her fourth season after being an assistant coach for the University of Rhode Island (URI) softball program from 2006-2008 where she primarily worked with the catchers. Prior to coaching at URI Casey was the lead Softball Instructor at Homerun USA in Springfield, Massachusetts from 2004-2006. Wall primarily works with the catcher’s and outfield and assists in all facets of the WPI Softball program on a day-to-day basis. Wall is an avid advocate for raising awareness for ALS TDI where she participates yearly in the Tri-State Trek. She helped raise over $2,500 as Emerson College joined WPI in an ALS Awareness Game.
Wall played her collegiate career at American International College (AIC), a well-respected Division II program in Springfield, Massachusetts; where she played under NFCA Hall of Fame coach: Judy Groff. As a player Wall prided herself on her strong defensive abilities and leadership on the field. She helped her team playing in right field, first base and catching; and as a senior was captain of the team and received the Softball Alumni Athletic Achievement Award.
Wall serves her full-time responsibilities at WPI as the Director of Residential Services. Wall’s career has landed her in Worcester, after working professionally in Residential Life and Housing at Binghamton University and URI; she has her Master of Education in Psychology, Student Personnel Administration from Springfield College (2006) and her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from AIC (2004).
