Five Spring Student-Athletes Named to NEWMAC All-Sportsmanship Teams

Westwood, MA --- Five WPI spring student-athletes were named to the second-annual NEWMAC All-Sportsmanship Team, as announced as part of the league's postseason award program.

Men's Track & Field was represented by senior Jack DeVine (Wilbraham, MA) while junior Kristen Dettloff (Vernon, NJ) was the women's honoree. Junior Eva Barinelli (Tewksbury, MA) was the women's rowing pick while seniors Evan Lacroix (Methuen, MA) and RiAnna May (Westminster, CO) were Baseball and Softball's selections, respectively.

The All-Sportsmanship Team is intended to recognize one student-athlete from each team, in every sport that best demonstrates the ideals of the NEWMAC and its Code of Conduct, regardless of his/her overall performance or statistics for the season.
