Joseph Molle is in his third season on the WPI swimming & diving coaching staff.

He began his undergraduate career at James Madison and, after the men's swimming & diving program was dropped despite his efforts to help save the team, finished at Texas with a bachelor's in finance. Molle was a Big 12 Scholar Athlete and 2002 Athletic Department Academic Achievement Award recipient.
