Katrina Yurista (Laramie, WY) closed out the 2023-2024 swimming and diving stint on Saturday afternoon at the NCAA Division III Diving Northeast-North Diving Regional. The sophomore finished 17th overall on the 3-meter board in the event hosted by Colby.

Yurista compiled a total score of 386.40 on the second day of action. The best stint of the day came with a Forward 2 1/2 Somersault Pike (105B) which posted a 44.40. The sophomore diver ended the afternoon with a Forward 1 1/2 Somersault 1 Twist Free for a 38.85 score.

Fiora Beratahani of MIT claimed the 3-meter board title with a 488.10 mark topping the 27-diver field. Teammates
Rachel Loh (464.65) and
Emma Scott (442.85) rounded out the top three of the event.

WPI will return to the pool for the Worcester City Championships for the 2024-2025 season.
