Worcester Polytechnic Institute

2022 marks the second year as an assistant coach at WPI for Turner Geenty.  He'll once again oversee the running backs, after seeing Zachary Levy pick up All-NEWMAC accolades a season ago. 

Geenty graduated from Union with a bachelor’s degree in history in June of 2020 with a minor in classics after a distinguished career in the trenches.  Turner received a loyalty award in 2019 for leadership and dedication to Union football during an undefeated season, while acquiring all-league academic accolades three times throughout his time in Schenectady. The Dutchman lineman was a member of the college’s athletic liaison committee which entailed reporting and working with athletic administration on the needs of student-athletes in addition to interacting with the diversity department to promote social justice within athletics.     

Geenty currently serves for Worcester JCC as a contributing member in membership sales, fitness staff, men’s league supervisor, and athletic staff.
