Adam Hoyle enters his first season as an assistant coach with the WPI women’s soccer program in 2025.
Most recently, Hoyle has served as a goalkeeping and club coach with FC Stars and previously spent five years with BEST FC, where he guided multiple teams to league championships while also overseeing goalkeeper development. His resume also includes significant experience in the women’s game, highlighted by his time as a reserves and first-team assistant goalkeeping coach with Blackburn Rovers Ladies, where he helped the program capture titles in the Northern Premier League, Women’s Premier League Cup, and Lancashire Cup.
In addition, Hoyle worked with Blackburn Rovers Community Trust and Burnley Football Club in the Community, delivering youth and grassroots programs, female football development initiatives, and curriculum-based physical education sessions in local schools. He has also held coaching roles with Blackburn Rovers Girls Centre of Excellence, Leeds United Girls Centre of Excellence, and multiple youth clubs in England and Massachusetts.
Hoyle holds a UEFA B License, USSF D License, FA Youth Award, and Coerver Youth Diploma, among numerous additional certifications. His background in goalkeeper-specific training, player development, and program-building adds a wealth of technical expertise to the Crimson and Gray coaching staff.
A native of Blackburn, England, Hoyle brings more than a decade of coaching experience at the collegiate, club, and academy levels in both the United States and the United Kingdom.
