Audrey Dolan begins her first season as an assistant coach with the Crimson and Gray field hockey program after joining WPI as an academic advisor in the spring of 2026. Dolan previously served as a student-athlete support services coordinator at Sacred Heart University, where she worked with seven NCAA Division I teams and 360 student-athletes while leading student-athlete leadership and community engagement initiatives.

A five-year member and former captain of the Springfield College field hockey program, Dolan was a four-time NEWMAC Academic All-Conference honoree, a 2023 NEWMAC All-Sportsmanship Team selection and a time recipient of the Pride Award & Unsung Hero Award. She also gained coaching experience with Worcester County United Field Hockey and at Springfield and Nike field hockey camps. Dolan earned her bachelor's degree in sport management with a minor in business from Springfield in 2024.
