JP Ramos begins his first season in 2026 with WPI men's soccer as an assistant coach after spending the previous two seasons as an assistant coach at Dean College. During his time with the Bulldogs, Ramos assisted with player development, training session organization, game preparation, recruiting, and program operations.

A WPI graduate, Ramos earned bachelor's and master's degrees from the university before adding an MBA from UMass Lowell. He also holds a U.S. Soccer National C License and Goalkeeper 1 certification from United Soccer Coaches. Ramos has coached with FC Stars since 2018, working with players of various ages and assisting with player development and the college recruiting process.
