Rachel Webb enters her third season as an assistant coach with the WPI volleyball program in 2026.

Webb brings extensive coaching experience at both the scholastic and club levels. She currently serves as Club Director, Nationals Coordinator and Head Coach for Slam Volleyball Club, where she oversees club operations, coordinates national travel, recruits coaches and student-athletes, and develops players across multiple age groups. She previously coached at The Winsor School and Dragons Volleyball Club.

A 2019 graduate of Clark University, Webb enjoyed an outstanding collegiate playing career as a four-year starter for the Cougars. She earned AVCA Honorable Mention All-America, AVCA All-New England and NEWVA All-New England honors while also receiving the NEWMAC Sportsmanship Award. Webb was additionally a two-time Worcester City Tournament All-Tournament selection and has played and coached internationally in Costa Rica, Spain and Italy.
