Richard Conrad begins his first season at WPI as the Engineers' offensive line coach after spending the previous six seasons as the run game coordinator and offensive line coach at Anna Maria.

During his tenure with the AMCATS, Conrad helped oversee the most successful stretch in program history. Anna Maria recorded 30 of the program's 40 all-time victories, posted four winning seasons, captured two conference championships, earned a New England Bowl berth, and qualified for the NCAA Division III Playoffs.

Prior to Anna Maria, Conrad spent two seasons as co-offensive coordinator and offensive line coach at Mansfield, helping the Mountaineers record their first winning season in 15 years. He previously served as assistant offensive line coach and assistant video coordinator at NCAA Division II Northwood, where he assisted with offensive line development, recruiting, scouting, video operations, and practice planning.

A native of Flint, Michigan, Conrad earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from Northwood in 2017 and a Master of Public Administration from Anna Maria in 2022.
