The 2025 season marks the third at WPI for pitching coach Steve Shaddock.

Coach Shaddock mentored pitcher Owen Radcliffe during his senior season en route to an All-NEWMAC postseason selection in 2024. 

No stranger to the NEWMAC, Shaddock pitched for four years at conference rival Babson. The righthander's brightest campaign came in 2012, throwing 42 innings through 6 starts and 10 appearances with a 2-2 record for the Beavers.

After receiving his Bachelor of Science in business from Babson, Shaddock has worked for the past ten years at Insight Enterprises, a super solutions integrator based out of Chandler, AZ. As a Field Software Account Executive, he helps enterprise organizations digitally transform their business.
