Michael Pina returns for his third season on the WPI football coaching staff and will once again mentor the running backs this fall in 2025.
Pina has experience coaching locally as he guided the wide receivers two seasons ago at Northeast 10 champion Assumption. He began his coaching career spending two years overseeing the wide receivers and serving as the JV offensive coordinator at his alma mater Nichols. Between those two stops Pina played quarterback for the Aix-En-Provence in France.
Pina is the co-owner and director of marketing for QB Velocity in Raymond, NH. The Nichols graduate was a two-time team MVP for the Bison and a New England Football Writers Gold Helmet recipient in 2019.
