WPI 140, Bryant 109 

Smithfield, RI --- The WPI Men's Swimming and Diving team defeated Division II Bryant on Saturday by a 140-109 score.  With the win, the Engineers improved to 5-1 on the seasom.

Steve Rose (Worcester, MA) brought home a first place finish in the 200 yard freestyle (1:54.14) and placed fourth in the 200 yard individual medley relay (2:10.94).  Dan White (Sidney, ME) distinguished himself by winning the 1000 yard freestyle (10:27.43) and taking home third place in the 50 yard freestyle (24.36). 

Also winning events were David Keck (Orwigsburg, PA) in the 100 yard butterfly (58.27), Joel Rousseau (Pittsfield, MA) in the 50 yard backstroke (24.72) and the 100 yard freestyle (48.21), Kyle Unfus (Greenbush, NY) in the 100 yard backstoke (1:04.04), Jeff Meyer (Denver, CO) in the 50 yard butterfly and Bobby Medaglio (Andover, MA) in the 50 yard freestyle (5:21.98).

The Crimson and Gray will travel to UMass-Dartmouth on Thursday for a 7pm meet before hosting Brandeis on Saturday at Clark at 5pm.
