Track & Field Opens Up 2025-2026 Season Campaign at BU

Boston, MA --- The WPI Track and Field brought a squad to the BU Sharon Colyear-Danville featuring competition from all NCAA Divisions on Saturday morning at the BU Track & Tennis Center.

For the women's program senior Bethany Brown (Allentown, PA) posted a 2:23.26 time in the 800m event for an all-time personal best and 13th overall followed by first-year Sabrina Cady (Lowell, MA) who logged a 2:26.97 time in her first collegiate track event.

Seniors Brinson Wyche (Corvallis, MT) and Thomas Skerry (Dedham, MA) and finished just off the postseason qualifying standard of 1:54.00 with 1:55.73 and 1:55.87 times in the men's 800m event.
Capping off the afternoon was senior Everett Mosher (Chester, VT) in the mile event as he crossed the finish line at 4:13.84, marking less than a second off the postseason qualifying mark of 4:13.00.

The Engineers will return to action in 2026 at the Reggie Poyau Memorial Invitational hosted by Brandeis on January 17th.
