Boston, MA --- The WPI track and field team closed out the New England Division III Indoor Championships with two All-New England finishes at the TRACK at New Balance in Boston.

Ethan Anderson (North Haven, CT) and the 4x800m relay team of junior
Everett Mosher (Chester, VT), senior
Brendan May (Rutland, MA), freshman
Alden Betterley (Bow, NH), and junior
Brinson Wyche (Corvallis, MT) each earned All-New England honors.

Anderson finished the weight throw in sixth place with a mark of 16.28m, while in the 4x800m, Mosher, May, Betterley, and Wyche took seventh overall in 7:51.33. The relay time is the second-best time on the WPI indoor list in the event.

A pair of Engineers ran the 400m, with sophomore
Gabriel D'Amour (Somers, CT) recording a personal-best time of 50.27 and sophomore
Daniel Kim (Orange, CT) going 51.25.

In the 800m, sophomore
Maeve Steckley (Rochester, NY) nabbed a PR, racing to a time of 2:22.84, while Mosher, Wyche, and junior
Thomas Skerry (Dedham, MA) also raced well. Mosher was 12th in 1:53.96, Wyche went 1:55.32 to take 14th, and Skerry nabbed the team's third-top 20 finish going 1:56.70.

Tristan Andrew (Newtown, CT) and freshman
Ethan Schnyer (Nashua, NH) both raced to personal best indoor times in the 200m. Andrew ran a 21.96, while Schnyer clocked in at 22.22. On the women's side, freshman
Rayna Thompson (Brentwood, NH) finished in the top 20, with a time of 25.87.

Dylan Serreyn (Windom, MN) narrowly missed out on the finals, placing 10th overall with a 13.20m. On the women's side, senior
Olivia Spielberger (Hingham, MA) took 14th (10.69m) and senior
Cassie Zimmerman (East Hampton, CT) recorded a leap of 10.31m.

Ryan Fischer (Merrimack, NH) ran a 8:59.00 in the 3000m, while in the high jump, senior
Matthew Catuccio (Trumbull, CT) took 11th (1.95m) and junior
Dylan Serreyn (Windom, MN) was 13th (1.80m).

Finishing the day on a strong note, the 4x400m relay team of Kim, junior
Anthony Minichiello (Burlington, MA), D'Amour and Andrew went 3:23.39 and took 13th place.

WPI will continue postseason competition on March 7 at the All-New England Championships. The two-day event is being held at Regis Lewis Track in Boston, MA. Additionally, the Engineers will head to Medford on Saturday, March 8 where select athletes with participate in the Tufts Final Qualifier.
