Marlboro, MA --- 12 members of the WPI men's cross country team were named to the 2025 Fall NEWMAC Academic All-Conference Team, as announced by the league office. The 12 Engineers on the team ranked second across the league.
Headlining the list for WPI was senior
Nathan Barry (Newburyport, MA) who earned his third career Academic All-Conference selection.
Garnering repeat selections were senior
Thomas Skerry (Dedham, MA) and juniors
Ryan Coceano (Cinnaminson, NJ),
Craig Salois (Hopkinton, MA), and
Trip Williams (Pelham, NH).
Earning a first-time recognition was senior
Everett Mosher (Chester, VT) and six sophomores in their first year of eligibility:
Alden Betterley (Bow, NH),
Colin Britner (Hampton, CT),
Luke Holden (Carver, MA),
Jackson Hunt (Hopedale, MA),
Drew O'Reilly (Syracuse, NY), and
Jackson Sobelman (Redding, CT).
Academic All-Conference honorees must have met the following criteria: earned a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.5/4.0 scale or 4.35/5.0 scale after the 2025 spring semester, achieved second-year academic status at their institution, and been a member of the varsity team for the entire semester.
