USTFCCCA Indoor Track & Field All-Region Honors-WPI Track & Field-2025-2026

Track & Field Garners Double Digit USTFCCCA All-Region Citations

WORCESTER -- The WPI men's track and field team saw 13 student-athletes earn selections to the U.S. Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA) All-Region list following the 2026 indoor season.
 
Individual honorees included seniors Everett Mosher (Chester, VT), Alex Cole (Weymouth, MA), Gavin Fleck (Bend, OR), and Brett Gerlach (Lock Haven, PA), junior Ethan Anderson (North Haven, CT) and freshman Aloiye Okhipo (Milford, MA).
 
Relay honorees included the 4x400-meter relay of sophomore Will Larsen (Chelmsford, MA), senior Anthony Minichiello (Burlington, MA), sophomore Colin Squier (Douglas, MA) and graduate student Joshua Castro (Pittsburgh, PA), along with the distance medley relay of senior Brinson Wyche (Corvallis, MT), freshman Brian Stampoulos (Hillsboro, NJ), senior Thomas Skerry (Dedham, MA) and Mosher.
 
The All-Region distinction is awarded to the top five individuals in each event and each member of a top-three relay team within their respective region.
 
Mosher led the way with All-Region recognition in three events, the 800 meters, mile and 3,000 meters. His season was highlighted by a school-record 4:06.36 in the mile at the BU Valentine Invitational, to go along with season-best times of 1:52.31 in the 800 meters and 8:13.23 in the 3,000 meters. Mosher later went on to earn second-team All-America honors in the mile at the NCAA Division III Championships.
 
Cole earned All-Region honors in both the 60 meters and 200 meters, posting season-best times of 6.85 and 21.90, respectively. His mark in the 60 meters ranked among the top performers in the region throughout the winter.
 
Fleck secured All-Region recognition in the pole vault after clearing a season-best and program-record 5.07 meters (16-7.5) at the Tufts 6-Way Invitational. He capped his indoor campaign with first-team All-America honors, placing eighth nationally.
 
Gerlach earned All-Region honors in the high jump with a season-best clearance of 2.00 meters (6-6.75), achieved at the BU John Thomas Terrier Classic.
 
Anderson collected All-Region recognition in both the shot put and weight throw. He posted season-best marks of 15.31 meters (50-2.75) in the shot put and 17.25 meters (56-7.25) in the weight throw.
 
Okhipo rounded out the individual selections, earning All-Region honors in the 60-meter hurdles with a season-best time of 8.12 at the New England Division III Championships.
 
The 4x400-meter relay team of Larsen, Minichiello, Squier and Castro earned All-Region honors after posting a season-best time of 3:22.98 at the New England Division III Championships.
 
The distance medley relay squad of Wyche, Stampoulos, Skerry and Mosher also garnered All-Region recognition with a season-best time of 9:57.08 at the Tufts Cupid Challenge.
 
WPI concluded the indoor season with a pair of All-America performances from Fleck and Mosher at the NCAA Championships and will open the outdoor campaign on Saturday, March 28 at the Corsair Classic, hosted by UMass Dartmouth.
